Tendered was engaged by Tasman Asset Management Services, following multiple successful projects, to assist with a high-value, critically important tender submission to retain a pivotal contract with a key Australian port.

TAMS had been providing these services for several years, so successfully retaining this agreement was crucial for their business. Both parties were aware of the complexities and competition surrounding this submission, as critical infrastructure contracts such as this are some of the most competitive in the sector.

Following weeks of close collaboration, our team was able to produce an exceptional submission, capturing the client’s unique value proposition and service offering. This resulted in Tasman successfully retendering and retaining the contract.
