Tendered was first engaged by Downer after their Facilities and Services Division found themselves seeking assistance with a last-minute submission to a major sporting arena for a multi-year maintenance agreement. Being a high-profile, high-value contract, the Downer team decided to utilise specialist tendering support to bolster their bidding approach.

The tendering function had largely been completed by internal stakeholders amidst other responsibilities, so outsourcing to a dedicated team was quite a change. After an involved tendering process, coordinating multiple teams of subject matter experts across several weeks, Tendered was able to impress the Downer team, producing a competitive, high-quality submission.
