Tendered was engaged to support Riverside Marine with a large-scale port contract involving the supply and management of a fleet of tug boats.
Our team were introduced at the latter stage of the project and was tasked with taking over project management and content development. With a low lead time, Tendered augmented our resources to take over the response documentation, including coordinating with specialist subject matter experts and suppliers across multiple countries.
Over weeks, our team worked closely with technical stakeholders throughout the organisation to develop the collateral required to compile such a large-scale response. Our team also leveraged our graphic design team to support extensive design requirements throughout the contract.
