Tendered was engaged by Livingstone when their team found themselves requiring professional guidance with a highly complex, time-sensitive Defence submission. The project was one of the largest and most intricate tender processes they had ever taken part in.

Successfully navigating this intricate ASDEFCON submission required a sophisticated bid management strategy to effectively coordinate and lead a large cross-functional team. Through the deliberate construction and implementation of a custom project management framework, we were able to complete the project within the limited lead time provided.

The result were an impressive, strategically sound submission that commensurated both the scale and importance of the opportunity. Although the outcomes from this submission are still pending, our team has since partnered with Livingstone on multiple future projects.
